7/30/25 For this job I performed an evaluation that was scheduled as a tune up the Delta was only an 8 and the I discovered the system was low on refrigerant. I performed a leak search and found a leak on a weld onthe suction line in the attic. Done for now. Need another tech scheduled to weld the leak shut and possibly add more refrigerant if it is low again. Warranty pnl confirmed.

Found bad fuse also found bad thermostat wire at condenser replaced fuse fixed wire unit now working properly collected payment by check
Brand new thermostat wire inside and out unit now working correctly collected payment by credit card
On arrival system had a 2 degree subcool with a 40 degree superheat. Adjusted refridgerant levels and superheat immediately reduced. Leak searched inside and out and had 0 pings. When I left the subcool was 6 with a superheat of 4.
Found bad board uncondenser that makes two wire condenser wire into a heat pump bypass board will need to come back Wednesday morning with help to run wire inside and outside collected today by credit card will collect for running wire when job is done on Wednesday
I have completed my electrical inspection the panel looks great they do have gfci's located in the proper spots I also have given them a estimate regarding putting up a fan well over 16 ft and at this time they have to think about that

For this job I tried to perform a evaluation. Homeowner stated that they had another company come a week ago and do an evaluation on the system. Homeowners stated that they did not need a full evaluation all they wanted was a quote for a drain pan, a drain safety, and a lift on the horizontal air handler in the Attic. Homeowner stated that they have a friend who works in HVAC and declined the estimate given. No further suggestions were made, homeowner just wanted the quote of those three things. 7/10/25 For this job I performed a evaluation. Homeowner stated that it felt that on hotter days that the system was not cooling as efficiently as normal. I gauged up to check refrigerant levels superheat was high and I could visually see that a large portion of the evaporator coil was not sweating while the system was running. Suspect faulty TXV, holding for parts, additional tech needed. P&l warranty for customer confirmed till 2030. We need to call back and schedule recwork on the part comes in.
